Roster upload  Instructions:

On the electronic submission form:
Section 1-Fill out the required fields i.e. instructor name, date and location of the class, etc...

Section 2- Select the type of class- Please use caution- this is the only field that can not be corrected after the eCards are assigned. This is especially critical in HeartSaver classes where there are several possible add on options i.e. infant and child CPR or Written tests..

Section 3- Attach a copy of the front and back of the completed roster. It can be scanned as a .pdf, it can be a .jpg picture from a smart phone, it can be a .doc file from Word. As long as it is readable, the format does not matter.(We store these as an AHA Requirement  (Click here to download AHA Rosters)

Section 4 -To upload the student data- there are two options-

 Either:

A- Complete and upload the AHA spreadsheet listing the date of the class, the first & last names and the email address of the student. providing the correct email address for the student is critical- this is how they will receive their certification cards.

Or

B- Use the manual student entry fields on the "Upload AHA Roster" page- to save an entry and create an another line click the "add another student" button. remember to do this after you last student to save them.

Section 5- Payment is made by credit card  (If you are an account that has established billing terms with the CTC choose "Invoice Me") Calculate the total (see below)  and enter it in the total box.
